This Crop Over season G 4 S, in addition to securing your home, may well have been watching over you at the annual Crop Over events as they delivered expert and professional services at this year’s Festival. In their colourful array of uniforms, which fitted admirably with the character of Crop Over, personnel from the company manned entry gates, maintained a presence at sensitive areas and directed traffic backstage where the artistes were accommodated during performances. Expressing at a meeting on Thursday, July 28th held at the NCF Headquarters, Mr. Roger Barrow, Managing Director of G4S Secure Solutions (Barbados) Limited said that the company felt honoured to be incorporated into the elite force that is entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding the national festival. G4S is a Bronze Sponsor for Crop Over and a Festival Partner. As the high profile security firm in Barbados, G4S is especially remembered for their presence at Kensington Oval during the ICC Cricket World Cup in 2007.
